Hello!
I am writing (and trying to debug) a script using mod_perl 1.14, Russian
Apache 1.2.6, CGI.pm (latest) and I'm repeatedly getting the WEIRD behavior.
I try to run script (via Netscape, for instance). It works OK. I press
shift-Reload.

shift-Reload again. Works. Again. Works.
Who is crazy? Me? Apache? mod_perl? Configuration?
Alex.
