Hello!
 
 Here's a description.
I have a document in Windows-1251, which lies in the apache's root directory
(/usr/local/apache/htdocs), and the same document lies in user's home directory - /home/~**/public_html . And when I try to get it with Lynx configured to KOI-8 I get it recoded and visible for the document in /home/~... and Dont get it recoded for the one is at the .../htdocs...   ?
