[apache-rus] проблема 1.3.23 и PHP под линукс

при старте апача с пхп

дальше идут все функции для работы с MySQL
при этом в той же конфигурации но с апачем 1.3.22 все работает
замечательно.

Далее на FreeBSD такая-же конфигурация не дает ни единой ошибки :(
